1) Provider identity and pre-contract information

For electronic contracting, we provide the information required before conclusion of an electronic contract under Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (№ 675-VIII) and Article 17 of Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” (№ 3153-IX).

2) What is included / excluded

The exact scope of services (route, schedule, meeting points, accommodation category if any, meals if any, and inclusions/exclusions) is described on each tour’s itinerary page. If there is any conflict between the itinerary page and these Terms, the itinerary page controls for the specific tour.

• Included typically covers services expressly listed on the itinerary page and confirmation communications for your booking.
• Excluded typically includes personal expenses (shopping, souvenirs), travel documents, insurance, and expenses not expressly stated on the itinerary page.

Any special conditions (age limits, accessibility limitations, group size, weather-related adjustments) are stated on the relevant itinerary page.

3) Booking, payment, and contract

Your booking request becomes a binding order after confirmation sent to you by the Service. Payments and deadlines (if any) are specified at checkout and/or in the booking confirmation.

We may adjust the schedule due to operational needs, transport schedules, force majeure, or safety considerations. Where a change materially affects your participation, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

4) Complaints and claims

If you have a complaint or claim, you can submit it to the business using the contact methods below. We will review it in accordance with the consumer-protection process, as required by Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” (№ 3153-IX).

5) Personal data notice

If you submit personal data through booking or inquiry forms (for example, name, email, phone), we process it to manage your booking and provide the Service, including contacting you about your request.

Processing is governed by Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” (2297-17). Before you submit your data, you must have access to the required notice/terms for personal data processing (including purposes and contact details of the controller, where applicable).

6) Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rules (deadlines, whether any refund applies, and any retention/administrative fees, if applicable) are specified on the relevant itinerary page and at checkout. If a refund is available, it will be processed according to the chosen payment method and applicable procedures.

We may deny or limit refunds to the extent permitted by law when the requested service has already been provided or when you cancel outside the stated terms on the itinerary page.

7) Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raycastbase.com is not responsible for: (i) delays, disruptions, or schedule changes caused by third parties (including transport providers); (ii) losses arising from your failure to follow instructions provided for the tour; or (iii) circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Ukrainian law.

8) Weekend Fit Score guidance (not a guarantee)

Weekend Fit Score is a guidance metric designed to help you choose a tour that may match your preferences and the tour’s general difficulty or activity level. It is not a medical, performance, or safety guarantee and does not replace professional advice.

Real-world conditions (fitness, weather, schedule changes, and how you personally respond to activity) may differ from the score. You participate at your own discretion and should review the itinerary and included/excluded details before booking.

9) Advertising and accuracy

Any promotional materials and electronic communications (including email and other online marketing) must be truthful and not misleading. We operate in accordance with Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” (№ 270/96-ВР).

10) Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable to your booking are those available on the site at the time you place the order, and the specific itinerary page terms for the chosen tour.
